Can we bring any make and model of vehicle to Saxtons for vehicle servicing and repairs?

YES – The group do not sell vehicles and specialise in after sales service and repairs. Of all makes and model.

What services and products do you offer?

My vehicle is a lease vehicle, can it be serviced by Saxtons?

We carry all work for all main lease companies as listed on this website.

If my vehicle is leased do I have to take it to the vehicle manufacturer?

NO – Any vehicle under any lease company can be looked after by Saxtons.

What is your Guarantee?

We guarantee that there will be no nasty surprises once we hand you back your keys or you get your money back and the next service free.

What measures do you use that tells us you are a quality workshop?

We are trained and audited by Bosch Germany. Every 24 months as part of the Bosch Car Service program it is compulsory our staff are trained to the latest in vehicle technology. We are also audited for our operation excellence.

Why use Saxtons and not the garage down the road. What is your point of difference?

Absolutely our communication with our customer from the start to finish of any job. We exercise our no surprises guarantee and our people are very aware of what we need to do to give our customers the great service.

Do Saxtons run a Health and Safety Program?

Saxton Autos run a Workshop Safety Management program through ACC and hold a high accreditation.

Do you mind if I phone some companies to get a verbal reference etc.?

Please feel free to ring anyone of the listed companies on the website.

What is the lead time for booking in a vehicle?

In most cases the booking can be made for the next working day. In the case of an emergency we would act ASAP to give an update within that day of where your vehicle is.

Can you pick up and deliver?

YES – We can pick up and deliver within the Lower Hutt region; if vehicles are further afield we take loan vehicles and swap, NO CHARGE.

Do you offer a breakdown and recovery service?

YES – We fix on site or recover vehicle anywhere in the Wellington Region.

What technical experience do your staff have?

Our staff are all fully qualified automotive technicians. We have vast experience in all major manufacturing brands, i.e. – Toyota, Ford, Holden, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Nissan, Holden, Mazda. We also partner with Bosch and cater for all European vehicles, including BMW, Audi and Mercedes.

If my vehicle is under warranty with another manufacturer can I get it serviced with you.

YES – Regardless of vehicle make and model we can service your vehicle without any void to any manufacturer warranty.

Do you have the tooling to interrogate any make and model of vehicle?

We have the latest in vehicle interrogation and diagnostic systems. We can access all vehicle makes and models including resetting service lights and fault finding problems.

Do you have loan vehicles?

YES – We have five loan vehicles FREE for your use, all we ask is that the driver replaces what fuel they use and don’t smoke in our vehicles.

What are your hours of operation?

Mon to Thu: 7.30am to 5.00pm / Fri: 7.30am to 4.30pm

What happens if I need to drop off my vehicle before 7.30 am?

We have an early bird drop off box for early arrivals and also have a means of leaving the keys after hours as well.

Do you send out WoF/Service reminders?

YES we do this by TXT, E-mail or post and these go out two weeks prior to WoF/Service being due. We also follow up if WoF not booked in.

Do you run accounts?

Yes you can apply for an account with our payment terms being the 20th following month of invoice.
